Parts of Heart

How many heart do we have? one? two? or 4?
or.. we have one heart but separate into either two or four parts?
4 chambers : 2 ventricles and 2 atrium?

wondering our heart is separate into 2 parts : want and don't want

what we want to..
and what we don't want to..

also can said that is either YES or NO

However,

sometimes you want to but you don't dare to;
sometimes you don't want to but you are forced to do

that's mean that sometimes YES = NO; NO = YES

the decision is just in our hand
we need to seize the opportunity as much as we can

But still pauses and hesitation turns up
it changes the result...
